Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation by Guest

Guests may cancel their booking by notifying us via email or phone. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

3. No-Shows

Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking amount will not be refunded.

4. Early Check-out

No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation by Anwaya Homestays

In rare cases where we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued, and we will assist with alternative accommodation where possible.
